Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy — IGMAE OUDS
Returns

Return window: 30 calendar days from delivery for eligible items. After 30 days, returns or exchanges cannot be processed.

Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging, labels, and invoice/receipt. Opened or used perfume/attar oils cannot be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons unless defective on arrival.

Non‑returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable/virtual products, customized/personalized items, opened or used health/personal care items, and any item marked non‑returnable on the product page.

Do not send items to the manufacturer. Send returns only to the IGMAE OUDS returns address shared by our support team.
Partial refunds

May be granted where packaging is missing, items are not in original condition (damage not due to our error), or the return is initiated after the return window but approved as an exception. The inspection outcome determines the refundable amount.
Refunds

After the return is received and inspected, an approval or rejection email will be sent.

If approved, the refund is initiated to the original payment method via Razorpay.

Normal refund timelines (indicative):

Cards: typically 5–7 working days, up to 10 working days depending on the issuing bank.

NetBanking: usually 2–10 working days.

UPI: usually 2–7 working days.

Wallets: may be near-instant depending on the wallet provider.

Instant refunds (where enabled): For eligible transactions, instant refunds may be processed. If the instant push fails due to bank/network constraints, it falls back to normal timelines.
Late or missing refunds

Check the bank/card account again.

Contact the card issuer/bank; posting can take time.

If still not visible after the window above, contact us with your Order ID, Payment ID, and the refund reference we share (ARN/RRN/UTR).

Sale items
-
Only regular‑priced items may be refunded. Sale/clearance items are non‑refundable unless defective on arrival or not as described.
Exchanges

Replacements are offered only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect on delivery. Exchanges are for the same item, subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange, email support; once approved, return/pickup instructions will be provided. After inspection, a replacement will be shipped.
Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit will be issued for an approved return.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser’s payment method.
Shipping returns

To return a product, first contact support to obtain the authorized return address and an RMA. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective/incorrect. Shipping charges are non‑refundable. If a refund is approved, any prepaid return-label cost may be deducted from the refund.

Use a trackable courier and keep the receipt. We do not guarantee receipt of items without tracking.
Payment failures and debits

If a payment failed but was debited, banks and the payment gateway auto‑reconcile. If reconciliation is not possible, a refund is initiated and typically credits within 5–10 working days depending on the instrument.
Chargebacks and disputes

If a cardholder raises a dispute with the issuing bank, we will respond through our payment gateway with documentation (invoice, delivery proof, communications). If the dispute is decided against the transaction, the amount may be charged back as per network rules.
How to request a return/refund

Provide: Order ID, Payment ID, reason for return/refund, and photos/videos (unboxing or defect).

Upon approval, return instructions and the return address will be shared. After inspection, we will initiate the refund and email you the refund ID and bank reference (ARN/RRN/UTR) for tracking with your bank.
Important notes for perfumes/attar oils

Due to hygiene and safety, opened/used attars, perfumes, roll‑on oils, or any item with a broken seal cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival. Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing evidence.
