Terms & Conditions — IGMAE OUDS

By accessing igmaeouds.com or purchasing our products, these Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the customer (“you”) and IGMAE OUDS (“we”, “us”, “our”).
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version on this page applies to all orders placed thereafter.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a contract.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during checkout and account creation.

Images and descriptions are for representation; minor variations in colour/finish or packaging may occur.
Prices, offers and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse/cancel any order (including after submission) where pricing, stock, fraud-risk or address verification issues occur. If payment was captured, a refund will be initiated to the original method.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch the items and send a shipping confirmation.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will cancel and initiate a refund to the original payment method.

Payments are processed via a secure payment gateway using industry-standard encryption and multi‑factor authentication.
We do not store card or UPI credentials on our servers.
Orders may be held or cancelled if payment is declined, flagged for risk, or fails verification checks.

Dispatch and delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates and not guarantees.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address provided.
Please inspect packages on receipt and report any transit damage within 48 hours with unboxing photos/video.

Return window: 30 days from delivery for eligible, unused and unopened items in original packaging (hygiene‑sensitive items such as opened attar/perfume oils are not returnable unless defective on arrival).
Sale/clearance items are non‑refundable unless defective on arrival or not as described.
Exchanges are offered only for defective/damaged/incorrect items, subject to stock.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Typical bank credit windows depend on the payment instrument.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective/incorrect. Use a trackable courier.

Fragrances and attars are for external use only. Perform a patch test before regular use.
Avoid contact with eyes; keep away from heat, flame and direct sunlight; store tightly closed.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a physician if needed.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.

We warrant that products will conform in all material respects to their descriptions at dispatch.
Except as expressly stated, products and services are provided “as is” without other warranties (express or implied) including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, IGMAE OUDS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational loss.
Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

All content on igmaeouds.com (logos, product names, images, text, graphics) is owned by or licensed to IGMAE OUDS and protected by applicable IP laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or exploit any content without prior written consent.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and activities under your account.
You agree not to interfere with site security, scrape content, upload harmful code, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Promotional codes/gift cards are single‑use (unless stated), non‑transferable, have no cash value, and may be subject to additional terms.
We may modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, transport failures, utility outages, governmental actions, or network/payment disruptions).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Courts/tribunals at our registered business location shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
For card payment disputes (chargebacks), we will submit evidence via our payment processor in accordance with network rules.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy available on our website.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that necessary data will be shared with payment, logistics and support vendors to fulfil the order securely.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Returns/Refunds Policy, constitute the entire agreement concerning the use of the site and purchase of our products, superseding prior communications on the subject.
